Implement cybersecurity measurements and support networks security updates and user access evaluation
Perform vulnerability and risk assessments
Work with IT security and infrastructure teams in respond to security breaches
Assist with preventative and emergency maintenance
Managing the implementation of cybersecurity infrastructure projects, such as new monitoring tools and security system integration and implementation
Monitoring, managing and troubleshooting the internal cybersecurity and network security tools
Assisting in IT security governance control and addressing the issue discovered in the investigation
Higher Diploma or above in IT
Experience in the cybersecurity projects, front line IT support and support in any one or more of the following areas:
involve cybersecurity security related
end-point security project support experience (eg. anti-virus)
end-user support experience is advance
off-site support is required
IAM/SOAR project experience is advance
