Tenant marketing account
Handle tenants' inquiries on the finance / reimbursement portal,
Marketing Programe iPad usages, including gift certificates, and iPad \ replacement handling
Reports consolidations
System issue: Malfunction of apps / bugs, complaints and coupon re-shoot handling
Degree holder
1-2 years solid experience in Marketing / Sales / Customer service field (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
Good knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Well-organized and independent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
