Responsibilities:

• • Develop and execute sales strategies for key clients to achieve annual sales targets.
  • • Deeply explore potential client needs, lead business negotiations, and drive contract signing and project implementation.
  • • Maintain relationships with key clients, conduct regular follow-ups, and coordinate resources to resolve client issues, enhancing customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
  • • Analyze industry trends and competitor dynamics, identify client pain points, and customize differentiated solutions.
  • • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as legal and operations to ensure full project execution.
    • Share industry resources and successful case studies to assist the team in enhancing overall business capabilities.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields in consulting.
  • • Over 5 years of experience in key account sales, with at least 2 years in team management or business development; experience in consulting or B2B services is preferred.
  • • Proficient in business negotiation skills, with excellent customer insight and resource integration abilities.
  • • Strong resilience under pressure, adaptable to frequent travel and a fast-paced work environment.
