Responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies for key clients to achieve annual sales targets.
Deeply explore potential client needs, lead business negotiations, and drive contract signing and project implementation.
Maintain relationships with key clients, conduct regular follow-ups, and coordinate resources to resolve client issues, enhancing customer satisfaction and repurchase rates.
Analyze industry trends and competitor dynamics, extract client pain points, and customize differentiated solutions.
Coordinate with cross-departmental teams such as legal and operations to ensure full project implementation.
Share industry resources and successful case studies, assisting the team in enhancing overall business capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields in consulting.
Over 5 years of experience in key account sales, with at least 2 years of team management or business development experience. Background in consulting or B2B services is preferred.
Proficient in business negotiation skills, with excellent customer insight and resource integration abilities.
Strong ability to work under pressure, adaptable to frequent travel and fast-paced work environments.
