Responsibilities: 

• Undertake research and analysis on the mining industry;

• Organize and participate in the analysis and feasibility demonstration of investment projects;

• Organize and participate in the implementation and promotion of investment projects;

• Organize and participate in the management of post-investment projects. There may be opportunities for overseas assignment to project sites in the future as needed;

• Undertake other tasks assigned by department heads or company leadership;

• Travel is required;

• Handle ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in related fields such as geology, mining, mineral processing, metallurgy or other related mining disciplines;

• Over 2 years of professional experience in overseas mining operations or at overseas mines;

• Possess a good background in mining technology, ranked by importance, including mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, geology and other related fields, while also having certain knowledge in finance, accounting, and investment;

• Involved in successful overseas mining investment projects, or deeply participated in the entire process of overseas mining project investment would be an advantage;

• English is the official working language. Excellent command of both listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English & Putonghua;

• With strong written expression skills and rich experience in drafting materials such as requests for instructions or analytical reports;

• Familiarity and interest in the mining industry, including an intuitive understanding of the entire process of mine development, construction, and operation;

• Understanding modern enterprise management knowledge and legal common sense;

• Able to use various office software proficiently;

• Serious, practical, proactive in work, and strong sense of responsibility;

• Possessing clear logical thinking skills and strong communication abilities, with good teamwork;

• Strong learning ability and execution capability;

• Has a strong ability to withstand pressure;
