Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for Telecom billing management, revenue assurance, data reconciliation and billing dispute handling
• Internal controls for accurate, timely and efficient billing, complying with internal policies and procedures
• Handle daily billing operations and liaise with internal parties
• Prepare operational statistics and reports for management review
• Support ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Information Systems, Accounting or other related discipline

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience (fresh graduates will also be considered)

• Experience in telecommunications industry or knowledge of SQL will be an advantage

• Proficient in MS office applications including MS Word and Excel

• Self-motivated, analytical and have good communication skills

• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
