Duties
  • Welcome and farewell all guests with a smile and greeting
  • Handle all guests’ luggage with care and efficiency
  • Provide transportation services to/from hotel and business partners
  • Assists in coordinating transportation
Requirements
  • F.5 Graduate, Holder of Holder of Diploma or above in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Concierge
  • Possession of a valid Hong Kong Driver’s license
  • Customer-oriented with good problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Applicants with less experiences in Concierge can be considered as Assistant Bell Captain
