Oversee all HR functions across Hong Kong, China and Asian manufacturing sites
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth objectives
Act as strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational development
Be one of the driver on change and transformation initiatives
Drive various HR improvement projects to support the development of the company
Collaborate with business units to align HR initiatives with operational needs
Provide expert guidance on workforce planning and change management
Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven business decisions
Implement and review HR policies and procedures to support the Company's needs.
Advice on best practices, labour laws, and legislation changes to ensure market competitiveness and compliance, and communicate these effectively to all stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and labor regulations
Degree in HR Management
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
Exp in manufacturing industry
With regional experience (APAC offices) is a MUST
Proficiency of the Hong Kong and China labor law and regulatory
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
