Our client is a well-established multinational organisation driving large-scale digital initiatives across multiple Asian markets. To support this journey, they are looking for an experienced PMO & Digital Project Manager to lead governance, delivery oversight, and cross-market project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the regional PMO function for digital projects, ensuring consistent governance and process compliance
* Localise and implement global project frameworks across markets
* Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, tracking, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
* Oversee a portfolio of digital initiatives such as cloud enablement, AI tools rollout, and digital workplace transformation
* Collaborate with local and central teams to drive project execution and ensure visibility on progress and roadblocks
* Facilitate post-implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement of delivery practices
* Support innovation campaigns and pilot testing of emerging technologies
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
* 8-10 years of experience in project management, PMO or digital programme delivery, ideally in a regional or cross-market role
* Professional certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, MoP) is highly desirable
* Strong understanding of governance models, project tools (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI), and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
* Familiarity with digital platforms and workplace technologies (e.g. Office 365, cloud collaboration tools)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
