Report to the Boss
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the household, including liaising with vendors and coordinating schedules.
Collaborate closely with household staff, including helpers and drivers, to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Manage the household budget and track expenses.
Plan and organize family events, such as dinners and outings.
Assist with the scheduling of children’s educational and extracurricular activities.
Perform various ad hoc tasks as needed.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
3-5 years of relevant experience in roles such as Personal Assistant, Butler, or Household Manager.
Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Flexible, supportive, and able to handle multiple tasks with patience and strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in the aviation, hotel, or tourism industries is a plus.
