Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

2. Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.

3. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.

4. Training and Education: Provide training to employees on compliance matters and the importance of adhering to regulations.

5. Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor compliance activities and conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies in time.

6. Reporting: Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.

7. Investigations: Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.

8. Liaison: Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage communications regarding compliance issues.

9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards to enhance compliance programs.

10. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and ensure proper documentation is in place.

11. Specialize in product compliances and safety standards of different Baby electric appliance products.

12. Work with QA to set Testing protocol

1.      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.

2.      Excellent communication skills.  Speak and write fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

3.      Superior computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. 

4.      3-5 years of relevant experience in product safety, regulations and compliance.

5.    Gained experience with supply chain/ merchandising/ retail/ wholesaling companies is preferred
