- Supervise the daily operations of the Safety Training Department.
- Ensure the effective management of safety training resources for successful program execution.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and enhance training programs that meet industry demands.
- Create strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the Safety Training brand.
- Assist in working groups and prepare necessary program documentation, including proposals and reports.
- Evaluate and improve existing training programs based on their effectiveness.

- A recognized degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Construction Safety, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Registered Safety Auditor (RSA), Registered Safety Officer (RSO), and First Aid Certificate is a must.
- Proven skills in people management and operations to effectively lead teams and manage projects.
- Strong networking skills to establish connections with government entities, the construction sector, and other key stakeholders.
- A dedication to adhering to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of AI and data analytics for informed decision-making is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is a plus.
