Job Responsibilities:

                  • Develop and implement business development strategies and marketing plans to meet the bank’s objectives.

                  • Design and execute marketing strategies to expand SME CASA, lending business, and fee income.

                  • Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, social media, PR events) to attract new customers, enhance product adoption, and drive cross-selling opportunities.

                  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution.

                  • Ensure compliance with the latest regulatory and legal requirements in all initiatives.

                  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.

                  • Track campaign performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.

                  • Manage marketing budgets and provide regular financial updates.

                  • Support sales performance reviews and optimization efforts.

Requirements:

                  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

                  • 5-8 years of experience in business banking, with branch operations exposure preferred.

                  • Strong understanding of banking products, operations, marketing, segment management, and leadership.

                  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; proven success in marketing campaigns is a plus.

                  • Leadership and team management capabilities.

                  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

                  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is advantageous.
