Responsibilities
  • Perform all-rounded administration duties and secretarial support for the department;
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls, T1 technical support, and handling mail & courier arrangements;
  • Support the IT procurement process, including preparing and checking for payment vouchers and handling and renewing telephone & broadband services for head offices & centers;
  • Support inventory control, inventory management, monitoring expenses/budget, license maintenance and renewal, payment support, etc;
  • Maintain documents and filing for all ITD operations and correspondence, including agenda and meeting minutes;
  • Prepare regular department reports;
  • Inform HO and Centre staff of department issues and memos;
  • Perform other ad hoc projects and duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, or a related discipline;
  • Minimum 2 years of solid working experience in office administration or relevant working experience showcasing your competence;
  • Good command of Chinese, English & Mandarin;
  • Self-motivated, organized, and responsible individuals who take pride in their work;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring you thrive as a team player;
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while maintaining attention to detail;
  • A strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills with a positive mindset;
  • A proactive mindset, well-organized, willing to learn, detail-minded, embracing problem-solving, and a strong sense of accountability;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of problem-solving;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, equipping you to support the above works effectively;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
