Responsibilities
To provide remote/onsite technical support and troubleshooting for customers
To tackle technical problems and carry out fault investigations
To participate in ad-hoc site projects assigned
Report to service department manager
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
1-year site technical service experience
Basic Computer knowledge in hardware and network
Team player with good communication skills
Driving license holder is a Must
Knowledge in MS Office, i.e. Word & Excel
