Responsibilities

• Monitor overall project management, including budgetary planning, quality control, monitor safety issues and site progress

• Manage and review the on-going projects to ensure the key performance goals and timelines are met

• Supervise the project team members, collaborate and liaise with relevant parties to oversee and ensure site works are in compliance with contractual specifications and drawings

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Member of HKIE, CIOB, HKICM and/or equivalent will be an advantage

• Minimum 8 years post-qualifications experience of project management in building construction industry, preferably gained from main contractors

• Responsible, initiative, strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
