Responsibilities

• Merchandiser for apparel and garment sourcing

• Responsible for sourcing, vendor and order management

• Responsible for merchandising activities, purchase order execution, follow up with buyers and suppliers, monitor shipment fulfilment

• Handle sample & order follow up & documentation

• Support merchandising process on product development, photo shooting and sampling

• Communicate closely with factories to manage and optimize order and production schedules

• Follow-up and coordinate shipments, transfers, replenishment and repairs to retail stores

• Provide support to merchandising team on daily operation

• Well understand the merchandising flow, execute from Development to Bulk shipment procedure

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 2 years solid merchandising experience in garment, textile or fashion industry

• Experienced in managing all product development cycles in different woven categories (jeans, jackets, shirts, dress, tee, etc.)

• Agood team player and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy

• Good interpersonal skills & willing to travel

• Collaborative and handle ad hoc duties as assigned by management

• Good communication skills with cross functional partners

• Good time management and project execution

• Fluent written and spoken English & Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft application, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Passion in Garment Manufacturing Industry\
