• Proactively identify and engage with new potential merchant partners to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
• Manage full sales cycle from acquiring & managing partnerships and merchants, including prospecting, meetings, contracting, integration enrure a high conversion rate
• Stay up to date with the latest payment industry trends, regulations, and products to provide accurate and informed advice
• Recruit merchants through direct approach and/or channel partners and/or webinars/seminars
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management
• Work closely with different departments to deliver client projects 

• University degree in Business or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in business development focus on payment, FinTech, or acquiring merchant services
• Existing relationships / strong network with referral partners in large enterprise, education, events and other verticals are highly preferable
• Experience in strategy/ops or working in FinTech or Payment would be advantageous
• Sales-driven, independent, ambitious, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
• Ability to act in a consultative role, providing valuable insights and guidance to clients
• Great written and communication skills in both Chinese & English
• Good numerical and strong analytical skills with experience with Excel, PowerPoint
