Responsibilities

• Lead & inspire the design teams 

• Pioneer market research and trend analysis to forecast fashion movements

• Develop seasonal concepts and design direction for premium fashion brands

• Create and present inspiring collections aligned with the market positioning & brand images of different international clients

• Guide product development from concept to execution

• Deliver creative & compelling design presentations to our clients

Requirements

• Degree holder in Fashion Design from a renowned international institution

• Minimum 12 years' experience in premium fashion design and product development

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence

• Exceptional creative vision and aesthetic sensibility

• Expert knowledge of fabric innovation and material sourcing

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Experience with Digital/3D Design technologies is definitely an advantage

• Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach

• Occasional travel to China is required
