Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding

• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including but not limited to payroll, taxation, MPF administration, report and data analysis for management review

• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters

• Collaborate with the HR team to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement

• Handle staff inquiries regarding payroll and benefits matters in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate with internal teams on compensation and benefits operation

• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector

• Well-versed in Hong Kong and Macau employment ordinances

• High level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail

• Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently

• Strong knowledge of payroll calculation

• Immediately available is highly preferred
