Key Responsibilities:

Support and backup Senior Marketing Officer.
Carry out day-to-day promotion activities of shopping malls, including implementing and executing promotion programs and marketing events as well as planning and developing customer relationship initiatives and loyalty campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing agencies on public relations, communication and advertising matters
Liaise with both tenants and strategic partners to boost patronage and enhance publicity of shopping malls.
Support and coordinate for the digital strategy and programs including Customer Relationship Management and Mobile app related communications, campaigns and related analysis.
Monitor budget and expenses, conduct market researches /customer service surveys and business evaluation to support the overall marketing strategy.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business, or Property related disciplines
2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, promotion or public relations
Strong project management skills and high sensitivity to the latest trends in the retail environment
Solid experience in shopping centre, retail marketing or digital marketing is an advantage
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
