Responsibilities:

Checking in and out guests for recreation and children’s play facilities while addressing any inquiries.
Managing bath towels in the changing room and swimming pool areas.
Performing on-the-spot cleaning to maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the facilities.
Replenishing and monitoring bath towels and amenities in the changing rooms.

Requirements:

At least one year experience in face to face customer service
Fluent in Cantonese and English
