Responsibilities

Develop and own the product roadmap, aligning with business goals, client needs, and regulations.
Lead licensing strategy and execution, including SFC submissions and business plans.
Support Responsible Officer for Type 1/2/4 licenses, ensuring compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design products meeting commercial and regulatory standards.
Liaise with SFC and advisors for licensing, audits, and inquiries.
Partner with tech teams to ensure platform delivery aligns with regulations.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on product strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in financial services/fintech, with product leadership in brokerage or wealth platforms.
Proven experience managing product lifecycles in regulated environments.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to execute under tight timelines.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
CFA or relevant qualifications preferred.
