Responsibilities
Partner with the sales team to identify and develop IT service business opportunities.
Provide pre-sales technical support, including client meetings, product demonstrations, proposal drafting, and addressing sales team inquiries.
Design and scope technical solutions for infrastructure projects.
Offer technical support, handling daily phone and email inquiries efficiently.
Lead infrastructure project implementation and manage project delivery.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in interactions with vendors and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
Experience in a distributor or SI environment is advantageous.
Knowledge of the following technologies is highly desirable:
Storage: NetApp, Dell/EMC, HPE
Servers: HPE, Dell/EMC, Lenovo
Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
Backup: Veeam, Commvault, Veritas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle technical challenges.
