The Operational Change Project Manager will lead and manage complex projects within the investment banking operations division, focusing on process optimization, regulatory compliance, and technology integration.

Responsibilities and Requirements

* Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in investment banking, financial services, or consulting, with a focus on operational change or process improvement.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to deliver operational change initiatives on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including front, middle, and back-office teams, to define project objectives, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency through automation, digitization, or reengineering efforts.
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements impacting investment
* Work closely with IT teams to implement new systems or enhance existing platforms, such as trading systems, risk management tools, or data analytics solutions.
