The appointee will be responsible for planning and executing Student Development Programmes and other activities of the College.
Duties include
(a) providing administrative support for student activities and handling student societies matters;
(b) supporting the implementation of signature student activities;
(c) liaising with various student bodies of the College;
(d) maintaining an effective communication with internal units and student bodies; and
(e) performing other duties as assigned.
Irregular working hours, including weekends, evenings or holidays, and outdoor work may be required.
Applicants should have
(i) a good Bachelor’s degree or above;
(ii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
(iii) at least 2 years’ post-qualification work experience;
(iv) good interpersonal and communication skills;
(v) a sense of responsibility, high self-motivation and good organisational skill;
(vi) genuine interest in working with students, young people, and various stakeholders of the College; and
(vii) competency in IT applications.
Prior experience in tertiary education, youth work, or experiential learning will be advantageous.
Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
