Drive and execute leasing strategies for our shopping malls to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Identify, approach, and negotiate with prospective tenants to build a strong and diverse tenant mix.
Conduct market research and analyze retail trends to support trade mix planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, offering high-quality tenant services.
Collaborate with promotions and property management teams to enhance mall performance.
Coordinate fitting-out works, takeover/handover of premises, and renovation projects.
Prepare leasing proposals, reports, and other relevant documentation.
Responsibilities will be tailored according to the level of the position.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
For Senior Manager / Manager AM : Minimum 7-10 years’ relevant experience in shopping mall leasing, marketing, or retail property; professional qualifications (HKIS/RICS/General Practice Surveying) are preferred.
For Officer / Sr. Officer : 1-5 years’ relevant experience in property leasing or retail property management; fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered for junior positions.
Strong market sense and excellent tenant network.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in both English and Chinese.
