Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for international operations, including Hong Kong, Macau, and global markets.
Manage full-set accounting, compliance with HKFRS/IFRS, tax optimization, and risk assessment in a multicultural environment.
Collaborate with headquarters on financial strategies, ensuring seamless cross-cultural communication.
Analyze market trends in APAC and beyond to support expansion, including cost control and hybrid work models.
Lead audits and financial forecasting to drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA (HKICPA or equivalent)/CFA preferred.
8+ years of PQE in FMCG/beverage finance, with international oversight experience.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; strong analytical and cross-cultural skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, innovative culture blending Eastern heritage with global perspectives.
