Provide deskside and remote support for hardware and software issues to all users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Handle and resolve IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner, following internal procedures and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Set up, install, configure, and maintain IT hardware (computers, printers, peripherals) and software applications
F.5 or above
At least 1-2 years' experience in technical and user support
Good knowledge on computer hardware, system and software development
Good interpersonal and communication skills
