Media Utilization: Strategically engage with existing and potential customers through various media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, XHS, and other social media platforms, as well as print media.
O2O Opportunities: Optimize the use of existing retail locations to capitalize on online-to-offline (O2O) business opportunities.
Traffic Generation: Lead initiatives to drive online traffic to the ePlatform while extending reach to offline avenues.
CRM and Loyalty Exploration: Investigate opportunities within existing CRM and loyalty systems, leveraging membership data to penetrate both online and offline retail markets.
Supply Chain and Customer Service: Build and enhance supply chain and customer service frameworks to support online business fulfillment.
Budget Oversight: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in retail and eCommerce.
Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce and omnichannel retail strategies.
Market Insight: Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and Singapore.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies, tactics, and best practices.
