Job Responsibilities:

                    • 1. Attendance & Compensation

                      • Submit monthly lunch compensation attendance lists for the HK team to the HR Team.

                      2. Office Access & Security

                      • Issue and maintain office access pass cards for employees and visitors.

                      3. Office Supplies & Kitchen Management

                      • Order food and supplies for the office kitchen.

                      • Procure office equipment, furniture, and general supplies (e.g., stationery, IT consumables).

                      • Manage inventory and storage of office supplies.

                      4. IT & Equipment Coordination

                      • Order IT consumables (e.g., keyboards, mice, cables).

                      • Distribute laptops based on IT Service Desk requests.

                      • Maintain office appliances and equipment, arranging repairs when needed.

                      5. Onboarding & Offboarding

                      • Handle new hire onboarding (setting up workstations, access passes, business cards).

                      • Coordinate offboarding (retrieving assets, deactivating access).

                      • Coordinate with the design team to issue business cards for new hires.

                      6. Office Maintenance & Facilities

                      • Oversee office cleanliness, repairs, and maintenance.

                      • Liaise with building management on facility-related issues.

                      • Manage office relocation and renovation projects (coordinating with renovators, vendors).

                      7. Vendor & Procurement Management

                      • Research vendors, negotiate pricing for office supplies and equipment.

                      • Prepare and maintain cheque records.

                      • Review bills and expenses.

                      8. Mail & Logistics

                      • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries.

                      • Greet visitors and escort them to meeting rooms.

                      9. Employee Support & Events

                      • Order flowers weekly for office decor.

                      • Arrange gifts for employees on special occasions.

                      • Organise corporate events.

                      • Assist in designing branded merchandise (e.g., red envelopes, calendars, diaries).

                      11. Financial & Administrative Support

                      • Assist management with administrative tasks.

                      • Track office expenditures and maintain detailed records.
