Manage and maintain internal servers, network equipment, and storage systems.
Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and security.
Assist in designing and implementing infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Coordinate with vendors to manage IT resources and service contracts.
Write and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and operational manuals.
Support the implementation of IT security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
Professional qualification on network and security (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or similar) is preferred.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux server management, network configuration, and security technologies.
Experience in other network security solutions (e.g. Proxy, WAF, EDR, DDOS mitigation, SIEM).
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
ITIL or related certification is a plus.
Fluent in written and speaking Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
