Oversee daily operations and monitoring at our datacentres in Kwai Chung and Ap Lei Chau.

Conduct routine monitoring and analysis of the customer’s DataHOUSE environment.

Deliver second-tier advice and troubleshooting support to customers.

Assist with both pre-sales and post-sales support.

Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of working experience in an ISP, Telco, or ICT company. Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Operation Engineer.

Familiarity with data center operations, cabling, and facilities management.

Knowledge of TCP/IP services, including DNS, Mail, and LDAP protocols.

Strong analytical skills, good interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.

Strong understanding of data center accessories, such as server racks and PDUs.

Professional qualifications in the data center field are a plus.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English is advantageous.

Willingness to work shift duties to support 24/7 operations, shift allowance will be provided.

Work locations are in Ap Lei Chau and Kwai Chung, with transportation allowance included. Near South Horizons and Kwai Fong MTR station.
