Responsibilities: 
  • Participate in mobile business operation to support sales team and fulfill business requirements
  • Conduct business analysis, planning and delivery by using Business Support Systems
  • Manage business process metrics to enhance business process effectiveness and customer experience
  • Collaborate with different departments to handle new business requirements
  • Design and deliver new business process
Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Minimum 1 years' working experience is preferrable

  • Relevant experience in telecommunication industry related to mobile business is preferred

  • Sound analytical skill with clear mindset, good interpersonal skills and self-initiated

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint report skills

  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
