• 擁有相關廚師證書或同等資格

• Experienced Chinese cooking skills and be good at cooking a variety of authentic Cantonese dishes and innovative dishes
• Responsible for the daily operation in kitchen to ensure that the quality of the meals meets the standards
• Cooperate with the front-line team to provide customized dish suggestions in a timely manner
• Participate and discuss the new menus and discover innovative elements to enhance the dining experience
• Formulate and implement the procurement, inventory and cost control
• Train and guide the kitchen team to improve the overall cooking level
• Arrange staff roster and train employees
• Supervise the Sous Chef

Job Requirement: 

• More than 5 years of experience as a Chinese chef, familiar with Cantonese cooking techniques
• Have relevant chef certificate or equivalent qualification
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Proactive and enthusiastic about work
• Willing to work on shift duty
