Company details

Job Responsibilities:

Experience in desktop operation and maintenance;
New PC installation, data migration from old PC to new PC;
Configuration of PC to use Active Directory;
Support PC hardware and software for the computing users of the University;
Installation and configuration of network printers, smartcard printing, and other support services;
Keeping asset records and performing administrative tasks assigned by the Senior IT Manager (User Services) or his delegate.

Qualifications:

At least a Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in information technology or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in PC support, PC hardware installation, data migration
Configuration of end-user PC to use Microsoft Active Directory;
He/she should be self-motivated and service-oriented;
Able to communicate with end-users and work independently
