Provide application support and maintenance for clients, addressing issues in a timely manner.
Solve client incidents and issues on-site in Hong Kong.
Manage Silva tickets, ensuring follow-up within SLA for UiPath-related issues.
Conduct in-depth troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution at the coding level.
Maintain and update application-related documentation, including Application Information Documents (AID) and Application Support and Control Plans (ASCP).
Support and comply with incident management, change management, and problem management workflows.
Full life-cycle experience in analysis, architecture, and design documentation.
Strong knowledge of UiPath and its components, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
Proficiency in programming languages such as UiPath, C#, and the .NET Framework.
Familiarity with Microsoft VBA and MS-Access is a plus.
Technical expertise in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging.
