Coordinate intricate schedules for partners and senior executives, internal meetings, client appointments, travel arrangements, and personal commitments.
Handling Top Executive’s business and personal requirements, including overseas travel, client meetings and private engagements and appointments
Oversee all household matters, including renovation projects, orderings, maintenance, etc.
Liaise on family dinner/event arrangements.
Arrange and attend family gatherings/guest dinners.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above
At least 10 years of working experience in Executive/Personal Assistant, Butler, Household Management. Prefer working in large firm
Able to work as a coordinator and strong in multitasking.
Hardworking, flexible and good at problem-solving.
