Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • Assist the supervisor for planning and executing leasing strategy for assigned retail portfolio

                  • Relationship management with existing and prospective tenants

                  • Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations

                  • Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.  

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline

                  • At least 1 years of relevant leasing experience in developer side

                  • Strong market sense with analytical thinking

                  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

                  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

                  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
