Assist in day-to-day operation and management, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance for the group’s portfolio
Liaise with different stakeholders in all property management-related matters
Perform related internal audit in different aspects including ISO, safety and health
Assist leasing related works including lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, budget planning and rental forecast
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing shopping arcade/ office building/ commercial property
Knowledgeable in DMC, BMO and tenancy management
Membership(s) of CIH, HKIH or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
