Responsibilities: 

• • • • Responsible for human resources functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits administration and employee relations

      • Direct all Human Resources initiatives in line with the business directions and company culture

      • Provide professional analysis in different Human Resources and Administration related data source to define solutions for Human Resources and Administration related matters

      • Conduct salary surveys and obtain market information for evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of existing compensation and benefits programmes

      • Handle ad hoc assignments as required by management 

Requirements:   

• • • • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

      • Minimum 8 years relevant working experience with at least 4 years in management position

      • Experience in Retail / FMCG/ Beauty/Health Care/ Food & Beverage will be preferable

      • Experience in Sizable Company is a must

      • Well versed in HK employment ordinance and employment related legislation

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

      • Strong in leadership and negotiation skills

      • Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua
