Responsibilities:
Responsible for human resources functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits administration and employee relations
Direct all Human Resources initiatives in line with the business directions and company culture
Provide professional analysis in different Human Resources and Administration related data source to define solutions for Human Resources and Administration related matters
Conduct salary surveys and obtain market information for evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of existing compensation and benefits programmes
Handle ad hoc assignments as required by management
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Minimum 8 years relevant working experience with at least 4 years in management position
Experience in Retail / FMCG/ Beauty/Health Care/ Food & Beverage will be preferable
Experience in Sizable Company is a must
Well versed in HK employment ordinance and employment related legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Strong in leadership and negotiation skills
Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua
