Motivate and monitor staff performance
Develop and implement security plan
Conduct security and safety inspections as necessary
Responsible for reporting in English
Work closely with governments, contractors and related external stakeholders
Degree holder with at least 10 years’ relevant experience,
Minimum 5 years supervisory capacity
Work experience in sizable companies is a PLUS
Experience in dealing with government parties and contractors
Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills
With valid driving license preferable
