Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with suppliers, internal teams, and Japanese-speaking clients to ensure smooth operations and successful product development 

• Liaise with both internal and external parties in order to achieve on production schedule and time delivery

• Analyze quarterly forecasts align with merchandising strategies in Japanese Market

• Manage and follow up with the production line to ensure product quality

• Liaise with internal and external customers to keep tracking the product development

• Evaluate the analyze market trend and performance of the markets

• Identify, explore and expand new business opportunities of sales growth

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 8 years’ solid experience in Cut & Sewn Knit merchandising, preferably in Japanese market

• With factory background is a MUST

• Strong leadership, energetic & dynamic

• Capable to deal with overseas buyers / factories / suppliers independently

• Aggressive with strong business sense and analytical skills

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent command in both spoken and written English & Japanese is a MUST
