Responsibility

• Lead internal and external fittings, provide fit/pattern/sewing corrections, optimize cost structures, and manage model casting

• Improve product competitiveness, meet customer standards, and reduce sample costs while maintaining design intent

• Enhance team technical skills, manage customer relationships, and strengthen the technical team's capabilities

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Professional qualification in textiles/garment manufacturing.

• 10+years in technical design within the intimate apparel industry

• Expertise in intimate apparel design, materials, ergonomics, pad development, and process technology

• Proficiency in English (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus)

• Innovation, analytical thinking, drive for results, and collaboration

• Willingness to travel between HK and China
