DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and control engineering budget for capital and operational expenditure
  • Manage and supervise the Engineering team, provide training and support to ensure they perform in adherence to hotel policies and procedures
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel systems including plumbing, electrical and mechanical.
  • Plan and implement maintenance program, conduct regular hotel inspection to ensure compliance with safety regulations for all facilities and equipment
  • Monitor contractors’ work and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to manage and oversee projects and renovations
  • Address and resolve engineering related issues from other departments in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records
  • Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience at supervisory position in hotel engineering/ facilities management/ hospitality industry
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in building services system
  • Holder of a valid Grade A Electrical Worker Licence
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with good leadership and communications skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
