Responsibilities

• Support deployment and implementation of customer IT networks, including wired network, firewall and Wi-Fi network

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily operations to ensure stable and secure network performance. (May need to rotate roster to assist customer support service)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and comprehensive post-deployment support

• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 2 years related working experience

• Solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies across wired network, firewall and Wi-Fi network.

• Hands-on experience in network deployment or troubleshooting with a proactive learning attitude

• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a problem-solving mindset

• Commitment to professional development through ongoing vendor certification exams (e.g., Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
