Responsibilities

• Lead and execute network deployment projects for customers, focusing on Wi-Fi infrastructure, alongside wired network and firewall systems

• Perform maintenance, support, and troubleshooting across customer IT networks, prioritizing Wi-Fi environments while providing capable support for wired network and firewall components. (May require roster rotation to assist customer support service.)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and comprehensive post-deployment support

• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 5 years of related working experience

• Proven, hands-on expertise in enterprise Wi-Fi technologies and network access control platforms, including Aruba Wi-Fi, Cisco Wi-Fi, ClearPass, and Cisco ISE

• Working knowledge of wired networking and firewall solutions, including Wired Network: H3C, Cisco, Juniper; Firewall: FortiGate, Palo Alto

• Experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks, with adaptable skills for supporting wired network and firewall environments

• Strong track record in leading network deployment projects—from design to execution—with emphasis on Wi-Fi infrastructure

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to take decisive actions and minimize service disruption
  

• Commitment to professional development through ongoing vendor certification exams (e.g., Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
