Responsibilities

• Work with directors to develop stratrgic mill partners and drive new fabric developments within defined suppliers and newly sourced mills

• Handle and diligently track daily communication directly with end customers for any development projects

• Responsible for day to day interactions with mills for development results

• Manage customers requests in fabric developments & new fabric offering professionally

• Support internal garment teams on quality call-outs, testing, payment terms and any negotiations for raw material concerns

• Collaborate with bulk & compliance teams to carry out necessary measures and stabdard process required for raw materials

• Deliver training and lead a small team, including sourcing, sample order, allocation and fabric material records

• Maintain internal fabric library for new materials and seasonal developments

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above
  

• 8-10 years experience in fabric sourcing & developments in managerial level

• Solid product knowledge in Denim and woven fabrics

• Strong fashion sense and market trend

• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills

• Knowledge of vendor / mill manufacturing & supply chains

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Literate in Microsoft office programs
