Responsibilities:

             • Implement and maintain automated and manual testing processes to ensure product reliability and performance.

             • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

             • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

             • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

             • Advocate for a user-centric approach to quality, ensuring exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications:

• • • • • • • • Experience: 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role, focused on mobile and web application testing.

              • Technical Skills:

                • Expertise in QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar).

                • Proficiency in manual and automated testing for iOS, Android, and web platforms.

                • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.

              • Scrum Experience: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a strong understanding of sprint workflows and collaboration.

              • Startup Mentality: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to changing priorities.

              • Leadership: Strong communication and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a small QA team.
