Responsibilities: 

• • • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the sales team across equipment sales, rental, and related projects

    • Draft and prepare sales quotations, tenders, and supporting technical or commercial documents

    • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to manage order processing, delivery schedules, and project follow‑ups

    • Maintain and update sales data, reports, price lists, and customer records in the ERP system

    • Monitor documentation and workflows to ensure compliance with internal controls, ISO, and ESH requirements

    • Assist with general departmental duties and other assigned tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• • • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline

    • Relevant experience in sales support, sales coordination, or administrative roles

    • Exposure to equipment, engineering, or construction‑related industries is an advantage

    • Comfortable using MS Office and ERP systems (experience with Microsoft AX is a plus)

    • Good written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin skills are beneficial

    • Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
